The surviving spouse of a Veteran, who lost her husband to Parkinson’s Disease last year, needs help to file an Affidavit of Heirship and Special Warranty Gift Deeds to consolidate ownership of the marital home into her name so that she can qualify for the City of Houston’s Home Repair Program.
