Crime victim survivor, single mother with special needs child, from Texas Children’s Hospital Medical Legal Partnership, needs assistance with guardianship. The child has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, is non-verbal and unable to walk. He is reliant on mother for all activities of daily living.
